Job Description:

Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting, with a passion for problem-solving and excellent communication skills. The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and clients, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, and implementing solutions to improve system performance. Additionally, the IT Specialist will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software systems, monitoring network security, and ensuring data backups are performed regularly. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft) is a plus
