Position: Dental Receptionist

Location: Toronto, ON

Our dental office is currently seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome patients to the office
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
– Maintain patient records and update information as needed
– Process payments and handle billing
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience working as a Dental Receptionist
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental practice management software
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
