Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
– Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
