Job Description:
Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of the project. The Project Manager will be required to coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
– Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
– Oversee the execution of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
– Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
– Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
– Implement and maintain project management best practices and processes

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
– 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
– Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Knowledge of construction industry best practices and regulations
– PMP certification is an asset
