Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients. The main duties of this position include resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Responsibilities:
