Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
Key responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
– Processing orders and accurately inputting data into the system
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
