Job Description: Chef de Partie

Our restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the kitchen operation, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing dishes according to our restaurant’s recipes and standards
– Help with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including managing kitchen staff, monitoring food quality, and ensuring cleanliness and organization
– Prepare and cook food items to order, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
– Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen costs

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
– Strong cooking skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Food safety certification is a plus
