Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Vancouver, British Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
– Conduct interviews and workshops to gather business requirements
– Analyze and document business processes and data flows
– Develop use cases, user stories, and other documentation to support project delivery
– Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately
– Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end users as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in a technology environment
– Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred
