Position: Social Worker

Location: Earl’s Court, London

Our client, a reputable healthcare organization, is seeking a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join their team in Earl’s Court, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and develop individualized care plans
