Job Description

Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Supervisor to join their team in Toronto, ON.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the production line, ensuring that products are manufactured according to quality standards, and meeting production goals. Other responsibilities include training and supervising production staff, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a background in a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
