Customer Service Representative
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in person. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and processing orders.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Assisting customers with order placement and tracking
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
– Processing refunds and exchanges as needed
– Maintaining customer records and updating database with relevant information
Qualifications:
