The Senior Manager for Product Onboarding Enablement is responsible for enhancing customer and employee experiences, project management, and implementing strategic initiatives in various fields. They should have a background in design and an understanding of how to define and implement strategies.
Bar Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at a popular establishment in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and a thorough understanding of bar operations.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of the bar, including inventory, ordering, and staff management
– Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff
– Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers and vendors
– Ensure the bar operates within all relevant health and safety regulations
– Create and implement innovative promotions and marketing strategies to drive sales
– Monitor and control costs and expenses
– Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
– Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
– Collaborate with the management team to contribute to the overall success of the establishment

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in a similar role
– Proven track record of effectively managing a bar operation
– Strong understanding of beverage trends, menu development, and cost controls
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to lead and motivate a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and bar management software
– Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., Serving It Right)
– Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
