Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and form documents
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Maintain contact lists
– Assist in the organization of office operations and procedures
– Maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Provide general support to visitors
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in MS Office
– High school diploma or equivalent
