Title: Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Sales Associate to join our team in Toronto. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
– Provide product information and recommendations to customers
– Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business
– Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
– Participate in promotional events and marketing activities

Qualifications:
– Previous sales experience is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
– Excellent customer service skills
– Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
– Ability to lift and move heavy objects
– Knowledge of fashion trends and brands is an asset
