Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support to team members, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings
– Provide administrative support to team members, such as scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and maintaining records
– Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
– Assist with HR tasks, including processing payroll and maintaining employee records

Qualifications:
