Job Description
Customer Success Manager
Our client is a rapidly growing software company looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products and services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
– Understand clients’ needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
– Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue
– Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product development team
– Monitor and report on key metrics, such as client satisfaction and retention rates
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
– 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Experience working in the software industry is a plus
