Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and product/service issues in a professional and efficient manner. This candidate will also act as a liaison between the organization and its customers, providing information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and providing feedback to the management team.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide accurate information about products and services
– Process customer orders and returns
– Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain customer records in the database
– Communicate customer feedback to the management team
– Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services
– Keep abreast of company policies and procedures
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
– Ability to work independently and in a team setting
