Position Summary:
ConstroBaz is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Montreal, QC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
– Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
– Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
