We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of the production team, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for training and motivating staff, implementing improvements to production processes, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. Expected salary: $108000 – 132000 per year
