Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ottawa, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing orders.
