Workplace inspections and frequencies for construction projects are agreed upon with the Construction Manager. Technical guidance is provided to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Safety is championed to create a positive safety culture on the project, and equipment is maintained in a safe condition.
Job Description
We are actively seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.
Responsibilities:
– Cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities
– Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
– Developing strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
– Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis
– Collaborating with the outside sales team to share market insights and opportunities
– Providing timely and accurate information to management on sales performance and market trends
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
– Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
