Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Hayes, Middlesex

Salary: £21,000 – £24,000

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Hayes, Middlesex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Providing accurate information to clients regarding services and products
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
– Working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
– Maintaining customer database and updating records
– Meeting and exceeding customer service targets and KPIs

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
– Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable
