The Manager, Project & Training Bids is a senior expert in international business who coordinates and assesses project parameters, including deliverables, milestones, resources, subject matter experts, and budgets.
The main duties for the role are as follows:

• Maintain a working area that is clean, and tidy at all times.
• Conduct monthly stocktakes of ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure all stock is correctly stored and rotated to ensure freshness.
• Assist with the preparation of food.
• Ensure all food deliveries are checked in and stored correctly.
• Undertake the full cleaning of all kitchen equipment and appliances at specific times.
• Assist in the development and implementation of special promotions
• Work within the allocated budget for the kitchen.
• Source and purchase quality ingredients to be used in food preparation
• Promote a positive working environment.
