Our client is currently seeking a Mortgage Agent to join their team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications and helping them navigate the mortgage process.

Key responsibilities:
– Assist clients with mortgage applications and provide guidance on the mortgage process
– Analyze client financial information to determine mortgage eligibility
– Work closely with lenders to secure the best possible mortgage rates for clients
– Stay up-to-date on mortgage industry trends and regulations
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders

Qualifications:
– Valid Mortgage Agent license (or willingness to obtain)
– Previous experience working in the mortgage industry
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
