Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Project Manager II in Clinical Informatics with a salary range of CAD $54.19/Hr. – CAD $77.89/Hr. Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Informatics and Project Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to healthcare informatics.

Job Description:

AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ottawa. This role will provide administrative support to the project team and perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

– Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
– Greet visitors and clients
– Manage and organize office supplies
– Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
– Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Assist with data entry and record-keeping
– Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
– Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
