Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. This role involves overseeing the entire quality control process, from initial product development to final delivery. The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with production teams, suppliers, and customers to identify and resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
– Monitor and evaluate product quality through testing and inspection
– Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in quality control processes
– Communicate with production teams, suppliers, and customers to address quality concerns
– Review customer feedback and take corrective action to improve product quality
– Train employees on quality control processes and procedures
– Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations
– Experience with quality management software
– Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar certification is a plus
