Title: Child Caregiver

Location: Richmond Hill, ON

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $14.25 per hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and caring individual to join our team as a Child Caregiver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing childcare services to children under our care, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. The Child Caregiver will engage children in various activities, such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games, to promote their physical, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times
– Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities for children
– Prepare and serve meals and snacks to children
– Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
– Provide basic care and assistance for children, such as changing diapers and assisting with potty training
– Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and needs
– Ensure that all childcare equipment and materials are in good condition and safe to use
– Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working with children
– Valid First Aid and CPR certification
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
