Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer records, and providing support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
– Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Provide support to the sales team by generating quotes and processing sales orders
– Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
– Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
