Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns
– Provide customers with product information and help with any questions they may have
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
