The candidate must have experience in sales, marketing, and financial advice, as well as strong technical skills to promote digital banking options. Previous banking experience is preferred.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HR practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
– Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
– Manage employee performance and development programs
– Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts
– Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
– Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed
– Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of HR management experience
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– SHRM certification is a plus
