Job Description

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking to hire a skilled Carpenter to join their team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

Responsibilities:
– Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine specifications and measurements
– Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials according to the project requirements
– Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, staircases, and cabinets
– Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
– Performing routine maintenance on equipment
– Following safety regulations and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Carpenter
– Proficient in using hand and power tools
– Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
– Good physical condition and endurance
– Ability to work in a team environment
– High school diploma or equivalent
