This role involves assisting the Finance Manager in monitoring and analyzing Library accounts. The position reports directly to the Finance Manager at UBC Library and involves overseeing the work of the Financial Processor – Non-Collections.
Job description – Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data and making corrections as needed.
Responsibilities:
– Input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems
– Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections
– Prepare reports and presentations as needed
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous data entry experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
