Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
– Follow up to ensure resolution
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
– Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
