This role involves reporting to the HR Manager, Canadian Advisory and assisting in developing and implementing HR programs to achieve organizational goals.
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the calendar, and providing administrative support to various departments as needed. The Receptionist will also be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, processing mail, and assisting with various office tasks.
