Job Description
Customer Service Advisor – Work From Home
Our client is a globally recognized company in the home delivery industry. They are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a work-from-home opportunity, providing customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance with product information, delivery status, and resolving any issues or complaints
– Handling customer orders, changes, and cancellations in a timely and professional manner
– Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the database
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided
– Providing feedback on customer concerns, trends, and potential improvements to processes
Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
