Job Description

Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Toronto, ON

Our client, a leading distribution company in Toronto, is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities:

– Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slip
– Process orders for shipping, including picking, packing, and labeling items
– Organize and maintain inventory in an efficient manner
– Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders processed
– Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times
– Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed
– Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working in a warehouse setting preferred
– Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Basic computer skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
