Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facility. This individual will work closely with other team members to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
– Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility
– Assist with setting up and tearing down equipment for events and meetings
– Communicate with team members to ensure that work orders are completed on time
– Comply with all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good communication skills
– Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools
