Human Resources Manager Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced and qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment, training, and development programs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for handling employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
– Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
– Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
– Oversee payroll and benefits administration
– Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
