The job summary is for a Senior Manager position in Infrastructure & Service Management within the CNB Internal Audit team. The role involves reporting to the Director of the team and overseeing infrastructure and service management within the IT department.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive company revenue
– Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to improve products and services
– Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of sales software and tools
