Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and assisting with various projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Prepare and organize documents and reports
– Assist with data entry and filing
– Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
– Provide general administrative support to staff members
– Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous administrative experience is a plus
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
