Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person. Responsibilities include:

– Answering incoming calls and inquiries from clients
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Processing orders and assisting with product inquiries
– Maintaining accurate customer records and data
– Providing support to sales team as needed
– Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
