The Operations Manager in Vancouver, BC is responsible for supporting the goals of ACML’s Operations Division by implementing policies and procedures. They also play a key role in assessing project profitability and overall business success.
Position: Child and Youth Care Worker

Location: Calgary, AB

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Youth Care Worker to join their team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing care and support to children and youth in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide day-to-day care and support to children and youth in a residential facility
– Collaborate with other team members to create a safe and nurturing environment for children
– Develop and implement individualized care plans for each child
– Provide emotional support and guidance to children and youth
– Assist children with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, hygiene, and recreation
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and activities
– Participate in team meetings and case conferences

Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or a related field
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children and youth in a residential or group home setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
