Job Description:

Our mental health clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional mental health services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling and therapy techniques, as well as a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
– Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
– Provide crisis intervention as needed
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
– Collaborate with other mental health professionals and medical providers
– Stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatment modalities

Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
– Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
– Experience working with diverse populations
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
