The main purpose of the Senior Program Manager, Technology Services for Technology Planning and Delivery is to support the Technology Leadership Team in executing projects and initiatives for the City of Vancouver. They are responsible for planning and delivering technology services to meet the needs of the organization.
Position: Sales and Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
