Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
  • Assist the Development Team in design development and constructability reviews for vertically integrated projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Lead planning and implementation, coordinating with clients and consultants.
  • Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Tender and award scopes of work using pre-approved subcontracts.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of construction experience, preferably in multi-family projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in wood frame residential construction or concrete tower (mid-highrise) projects.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in construction, building technology, or engineering.
  • Gold Seal Constructor or PMP designation, or working towards it.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and support staff.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, and ProCore.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of OH&S regulations and related building codes.
  • Demonstrated success in project delivery and execution of project management methods.
  • Highly effective negotiation, diplomacy, and conflict resolution skills.
