Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $42,000 – $45,000 a year

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Managing customer accounts and providing product information
– Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– High school diploma or equivalent
