The Senior Project Manager will report to the Manager, Business Support Services and will be responsible for overseeing projects and providing leadership to both senior and intermediate project managers. They will also act as the Manager, Business Support Services’ main point of contact and take charge when necessary.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Processing customer orders and requests
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Providing product information and advice to customers
– Maintaining accurate customer records and information
– Assisting with general office duties as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
