Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team in the afternoon shift. This position involves assisting the Early Childhood Educator in delivering high-quality education programs to young children.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Early Childhood Educator in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and programs
– Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children
– Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
– Help with daily routines such as meals, naps, and toileting
– Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure the well-being of all children
– Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Qualifications:
– Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent
– Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
– Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Current First Aid and CPR certification
