Job Description:

Method Care is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and procuring products and supplies for our company. You will work closely with vendors, negotiate prices, and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate with vendors to place purchase orders for products and supplies
– Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors to ensure best value
– Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed
– Maintain accurate records of vendors, products, and purchase orders
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
– Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors or products

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
