The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver sustainable solutions on global projects. The job description for the Senior Project Manager position at TRS Staffing Solutions in Vancouver, BC, includes the following key responsibilities:

– Develop and implement project work plans and schedules, coordinating multi-discipline engineering efforts to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
– Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure financial performance.

The requirements for this role are:

– A related Engineering degree.
– Minimum of 15 years’ experience in engineering and procurement projects, preferably in infrastructure, mining, and energy.
– Ability to manage 6-7 small projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in engineering software tools and project management software.
– Strong communication and team management skills.
– Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes.
– Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
